Olinger Home Designs is based in Boring, Oregon, which is east of the city of Portland between Gresham and Sandy. We have 14+ years of experience designing everything from simple deck and porch additions to luxurious custom homes, light commercial, and multi-family projects.
While based in the Portland metropolitan area we have worked on plans for projects in Alaska, Washington, Idaho, and Oregon. We take pride in the quality of our work, and focus on providing plans which are clear and easy to read for both the builder and the plans examiner alike.
Whether it's a single beam you need sized for a small project, or an entire set of construction drawings, we can handle it.
